Full Paper Submission Guidelines – SATVA 2026

  • Full paper submissions are invited for SATVA 2026 in all areas covered under the symposium themes.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit original and unpublished research work relevant to the scope of the symposium.
  • The submission portal is OPEN starting 16 January 2026.

Submission Process

  • Full-length papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT submission system.
  • All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted through Microsoft CMT.
  • Accepted papers will be considered for oral or poster presentation at SATVA 2026.
  • Select papers from the symposium will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

  • Length: The full paper length must not exceed 15 pages, including figures and tables.
  • Figures: There is no restriction on the number of figures/tables, but all must be clearly readable with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Accessibility: Authors will be required to provide Alt Text descriptions for all figures to ensure compliance.
  • Formatting: Authors must strictly follow the prescribed template provided below. Requirements related to font size, line spacing, margins, indentation, and table design must be adhered to.

Springer Proceedings Publication Policy

Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume.

Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

We do not publish abstracts or extended abstracts. We only publish full papers. We only publish original articles with new outcomes in proceedings, no review articles and no literature survey articles are accepted.

Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 6 pages) are not considered for publication.

Peer-Review Platform

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
